Dan is our Team Leader! As CEO and co-owner of Creative, Dan began in the industry in 1991. , Dan is celebrating 30 years in the industry. He carries with him our master’s passion and secrets that were handed down from his father, Stu Granick, Creative’s founder and inspiration. Dan thrives on the creative aspect of a promotion, always working on and planning the next great idea.
Majoring in advertising at the University of Illinois, Dan continued on and received his J.D. from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law. He practiced corporate law, focusing on business, estate planning and real estate until he joined forces with Stu. Dan’s quick creativity and sharp analytical skills have helped Creative become the business it is today.
Dan is a friend to all who know him. He is a companion and trusted advisor, whether it is business or personal. When he is not thinking about the next big thing he spends time with his lovely wife of 30 years Joyce and three beautiful daughters, Melissa, Jessica and Jamie.

Having joined Creative in 2000, Mike has worked in all functions of the business and became Creative’s President in 2019. Mike focuses on operations providing Creative with the balance to Dan’s creativity!
Mike graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in finance and followed that with his J.D. from UCLA. He practiced real estate and corporate law for both a large firm and in-house at a large healthcare company.
Mike enjoys golf and skiing and is married to Judy. Mike and Judy have a daughter, Rebecca, and a son, Jack.

Jeremy is the driving force for innovation here at Creative. As Vice President of Brand Development and Director of Key Accounts, his primary focus is discovering how we here at Creative can live true to one of our founding core values, C.A.N.I. (“constant and never-ending improvement”). His passion for innovation and creativity ensure we have a driving force in search of the next best piece of infrastructure or supply chain to furthermore advance our customer experience and concepts delivered.
Jeremy majored in marketing & advertising at Laureate University receiving a BA, and even had time to obtain a second degree in culinary and hospitality arts. His experience growing up in the print industry, engrained the production world along with the fundamentals of graphic design and offset printing. The years he spent working in the hospitality sector taught him grace under fire. Critical timelines, customer service, and production line experience were daily tasks by the ripe age of 15. Little did he know just how valuable those late nights at the print shop and early mornings at restaurants would end up being.
