Executive Summary

One supplier. One platform.
Global reach without the complexity.

Enerpac makes complex, often hazardous jobs possible — safely and efficiently. Our proposal applies that same philosophy to your promotional program: we take the complexity of sourcing, decorating, warehousing, e-commerce, payment management, and worldwide delivery off your team’s plate, and replace it with a single point of accountability.

A purpose-built storefront

A BrightSites-powered e-commerce platform configured for multiple buyer audiences, multiple payment streams, per-rep credit controls, and global ship-to / Milwaukee bill-to logic.

We own the fulfillment

Over 200,000 sq. ft. of our own warehouse space in Skokie & Galesburg, IL — no drop shipping. Every order is received, inspected, kitted, and shipped under our roof, then routed globally via ShipStation.

Concept-to-production reach

Full access to ASI & PPAI catalogs, premium partner brands including Lululemon, and fully custom product developed through our dedicated Hong Kong office.

Why it matters for Enerpac

Your preference is a single, accountable global supplier. That is precisely our model: a centralized program team, one e-commerce platform, and all orders fulfilled and shipped from our own US facilities — including every international shipment, sent direct from our domestic hubs with full customs documentation — consolidating into one relationship and one invoice back to Milwaukee.

The Platform

Your Enerpac storefront, demonstrated.

Built on BrightSites — the enterprise platform behind our largest programs — and integrated with ShipStation for global logistics. Below is an illustrative mockup of the Enerpac employee & field-seller store.

Capabilities we configure for you

  • Audience permissions — separate, gated experiences for employees, field sellers, distributors, and product-management micro-sites.
  • Account-balance credit wallets — load and cap budgets per field seller so orders cannot exceed allocated credit.
  • Multiple payment streams — blanket PO, credit card gateway, stored credit, and redemption codes can all live on the same store.
  • Manager approvals & budget codes — optional approval routing and department chargebacks.
  • SSO & custom data collection — enterprise sign-on and the data capture your programs require.

The fulfillment engine

  • ShipStation integration — real-time rates, label generation, tracking, and global carrier routing tied to each order.
  • International documentation — commercial invoices, HS coding, and customs paperwork handled for cross-border shipments.
  • Same-day pick/pack — from our own warehouses; inventory monitored on a live dashboard.
  • Custom kitting on site — combine printed collateral and product into one finished package before it ships.
  • Postal sending platform — for CRM-driven, automated gifting and one-off sends when desired.

Project Solutions

Six programs, one execution model.

Each project below includes the solution approach, an illustrative pricing model, and an implementation note. All pricing is estimated for planning purposes and finalizes upon artwork, quantities, and confirmed product selection.

1

Global Employee Store

2,200 employees · ship-to region · bill-to Milwaukee HQ

Any Enerpac employee worldwide logs into a branded catalog of pre-approved items and orders to their own address — a tee ordered in Madrid ships to Madrid, while the charge consolidates back to HQ. We recommend launching with the requested everyday tee: a Gildan 64000 Adult Softstyle Short Sleeve, 1-color screen print, logo centered on the front.

Gildan 64000 Softstyle tee in black

The recommended launch product: Gildan 64000 Softstyle in Enerpac black with a centered 1-color logo. A soft, retail-feel everyday tee that travels well and prints cleanly — ideal as the anchor item for a global employee rollout.

Global execution

Every order ships from our own facilities in Skokie and Galesburg, IL — including international shipments, which go direct from our domestic hubs with full customs documentation (commercial invoices, HS coding, duties/VAT handling). An order placed in Madrid ships from Illinois to that Madrid address, while the charge consolidates to Milwaukee HQ. This keeps quality control, kitting, and accountability under one roof rather than dispersed across third parties.

Rollout timeline

Store live in 30–45 days. Decorated tee inventory staged at our IL warehouses in ~2 weeks, ready to ship domestically and internationally from day one.

How it’s managed

Pre-approved catalog locks SKUs and artwork. Employees self-serve; we handle production, QC, and routing on every order.

Billing

All orders consolidate to a single monthly invoice to Milwaukee HQ regardless of destination.

2

Distributor & Field-Seller Store

Up to 60 field sellers · multiple audiences · multiple payment streams

This is where the platform earns its keep. A single store serves several buyer types — each with its own catalog, pricing, and payment method — without exposing one audience to another’s experience.

  • Field sellers (primary): each rep receives a loaded credit wallet with a hard cap; the system prevents any order from exceeding the rep’s available credit. Spend rolls up to a blanket PO, with invoices sent to HQ.
  • Distributors: order via credit card through an integrated payment gateway — a separate payment stream on the same platform.
  • Product management: spin up a micro-site for a specific item, campaign, or event with its own access and rules.
AudiencePayment StreamControls

DistributorsCredit card (gateway)Gated catalog & pricing, guest or registered checkout
Product ManagementMicro-site (PO or card)Item/campaign-specific store, time-boxed access
Recommended management approach

Execute a blanket PO covering all field sales; each rep is provisioned a credit balance against it. As reps order, the system decrements their balance in real time and prevents overspend. We deliver a monthly reconciliation by rep against the blanket PO, with a single consolidated invoice to HQ — so Finance sees one number while you retain per-rep visibility and control.

Implementation

45–60 days given the multi-audience configuration, credit provisioning, and payment-gateway setup.

Reporting

Custom dashboards: spend by rep, by audience, by product, and against blanket PO balance.

Scalability

Add audiences, micro-sites, or payment methods over the contract term without rebuilding the store.

New-Hire Welcome Kits

2–3 universal kits · personalized print · global mailing

We curate and assemble premium welcome kits — universal items only, no sized apparel — finished with personalized print and mailed to each new hire’s address worldwide. This is a core strength: our in-house print team and on-site kitting line let us produce, personalize, assemble, and ship a complete package as one cohesive experience.

  • Personalized welcome letter — variable-data printing inserts each new hire’s name.
  • Custom-printed gift box — the kit box carries the Enerpac logo; the outer shipping box can be branded as well.
  • Collateral inserts — color-printed pieces up to 8.5×11″ (e.g., employee resource group flyer, welcome postcard).
  • Universal product mix — drinkware, tech, notebook, and desk items that fit any recipient.

Global Fulfillment Footprint

One source. Worldwide delivery.

We run the entire program from our own US facilities — every order, domestic and international, fulfilled and shipped under our roof. No drop shipping, no hand-off of accountability to third-party fulfillment.

How global orders move

Order placed on the storefront → routed to our IL warehouse → picked, packed, QC’d → shipped via ShipStation with full customs documentation for international destinations → tracked to the recipient’s door, anywhere in the world. Domestic and international orders alike originate from our own facilities.

Custom development, overseas

For fully custom items, our Hong Kong office manages concept, sampling, production, and QC at the source — giving Enerpac access to original product (not just catalog SKUs) with direct oversight of quality and timelines.

Invoicing Model

Ship anywhere. Bill to Milwaukee.

The platform separates the ship-to from the bill-to at the order level, so every program — regardless of where product lands — consolidates financially to Enerpac HQ.

Any audience, any global ship-to address
Step 2

Step 3

Single monthly statement to Milwaukee HQ
  • Bill-to / ship-to separation on every order — the Madrid tee ships to Madrid, the charge books to HQ.
  • Flexible payment streams — blanket PO, credit card, and stored credit can run concurrently and reconcile cleanly.
  • Custom reporting — spend by program, audience, rep, region, and cost center on demand.
  • One AP relationship — your Finance team manages a single, predictable supplier statement.

Implementation Timeline

From signature to go-live.

Client References & Case Studies

Proven across every program type.

We currently produce all branded goods and coordinate fulfillment across all teams for two demanding national brands — at every scale Enerpac is describing, from a single polo to a recipient’s home to national display rollouts.

La Colombe
Full-program supplier · all teams

End-to-end production and fulfillment across the organization, demonstrating the exact range of order types in this RFP:

  • Individual fulfillment — single polo shipped to an employee’s home.
  • Event logistics — outbound event shipments and managed returns.
  • National rollouts — in-store displays delivered to thousands of locations, multiple times per year.
Chobani
Full-program supplier · all teams

Production of all branded goods across teams, with fulfillment coordinated from individual shipments through large-scale, recurring national programs — the same single-supplier, multi-audience model proposed here for Enerpac.

  • Multi-team coordination across the organization.
  • Concept-to-delivery ownership of every order.
  • Scale from one-off sends to recurring national distribution.

Day-to-Day Management

The team behind your account.

A white-glove, always-accessible team owns your program end to end — the people who build it are the people who run it.

Two senior sales leads

30+ years combined enterprise experience, having run stores exceeding $4M/year in throughput. They own strategy, program design, and account health.

Product support specialist

Streamlines new product proposals, sourcing, samples, and order coordination — keeping your catalog fresh and on-brand.

Dedicated project manager

Coordinates every order from placement through delivery, working directly with factories and decorators on production, QC, and logistics.

Service model

We keep each team’s account pool deliberately small to protect response time and quality. A dedicated program email keeps sales, shipping, and accounting in one place — so any Enerpac stakeholder gets a fast, informed answer without tracking down an individual.
